Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

I am new to Air-frying so am still trying to establish the cooking method. This fryer is easy to use and easy digital controls. Only had it a week so a way to go yet.

Firstly I'm happy with my purchase it's a Christmas present for my partner but what I'm not happy with is the distributor did not package the item at all was delivered in the box showing what the item was my wife took delivery of it seeing what it was it was supposed to be a surprise cheers
