Watch as the nitrogen gas tumbles and undulates, eventually settling to a three-quarter-inch head of creamy, tightly-beaded foam and a stunning copper body. Kilkenny's head is visible at the bottom of the glass, but no lacing is visible. The scents of Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale are mostly bready and biscuity, with traces of mild caramel and earthy and floral hops, as slight as they are (because Cream Ales don't highlight hops or malt). Kilkenny has modest flavors that match its scents, but the key impression is that it's smooth, crisp, and refreshing - ideal for a hot summer day.
