



Warranty coverage
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 12 months warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase.
If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full product refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In the case of a minor failure, our warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.
While many spare parts are available, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.
Warranty policy does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
• Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
• Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
• Damage to external or product packaging only
• Insignificant minor variations in dimensions or colour
• Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receipt of the item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number – no returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorisation.
Once you have received this number, please make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return to arrive back at My Choice within 7 working days. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back by freight, with the delivery pre-paid and with the piece(s) unused, disassembled and arrive in “as new” condition in the original packaging.
You will be charged for items received back that, when inspected, are found to have been used or built. Special order items, or items manufactured to your specifications are not returnable. In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent free of charge. Shipping and handling charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Goods purchased from our warehouse are exchanged at the managers discretion.
NOTE: IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING. YOU MUST RE-PACK ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO US. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY BY US.
