Metal-made, sturdy and durable - The nozzle and water pipe joint are made of metal to ensure durability, so you don't have to worry about rusting or cracking.
Expandable - 3 times expansion and contraction with water, the hose rapidly expands to 3 times the original length under water pressure. After the water is cut, the hose will automatically shrink to the original length. The hose is made of a flexible material that does not kink after shrinking.
Easy to use and store - The hose connector is easy to connect and use. The hose has good shrinkage, small volume, light weight, flexibility, easy storage and space saving. With Kartech, you can get rid of those traditional hoses, which are huge and heavy.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Warranty for all products sold by Simply Homeware is 30 days at minimum and can be up to 5 years. The exact warranty period and type (manufacturer or supplier) is always specified in the product page/listing.
