Product ordered 2nd December On 16th December only the base was delivered This umbrella is needed desperately for Christmas Day. I have spent hours trying to contact you by email & phone. Have waited on phone so many times after being advised it would be a 9 minute wait but after 21 minutes told no one available ring later then they hang up! Have left my number 'would you like a call back? have left my number on numerous occasions. No one has ever rung me back! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I still don't have my umbrella for Christmas Day?

Love my umbrella was a bit bigger than I expected as we only have a small outdoor area so it gives up a lot of coverage, definitely does not like the wind as they say to fold down in wind you must do that. Still love it great coverage
