To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging and as sold. Received Incorrect Item: Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (*shipping cost of returns of incorrect items will be covered by us.)
