Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 90 days return to base warranty ( Please contact us for RA number for warranty issues). This warranty covers all faults with the product ( except for battery and software as it's considered as a consumable). We do not warrant any misuse or physical damaged . Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
No Fault found return will incur restocking fee same as change of mind.
Change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee or products value below $100 in value will incur a $15 restocking fee. (original postage fee is not refundable)

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
