I had several issues with the computer from the first time I tried to use it. I had endless problems with the seller and in the end referred it to MyDeal for arbitration. MyDeal were excellent, and I received a very satisfactory outcome. So, while I was very unhappy with the seller, I would not hesitate to use MyDeal again.

This warranty covers all faults with the product ( except for battery and software as it's considered as a consumable). We do not warrant any misuse or physical damaged . No Fault found return will incur restocking fee same as change of mind.
Change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee or products value below $100 in value will incur a $15 restocking fee. (original postage fee is not refundable)
