If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pet Parlour in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
