Change of Mind

  • Customers must cover their own return should they simply change their mind about purchased goods or services.

  • To be eligible for a return for full refund, your item must be:

    • unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • in the original packaging.

  • Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • If you have received your item damaged or faulty, we can offer a refund or replacement for the number of items that are damaged/faulty.

    • Any products that have become damaged due to misuse by the consumer will not be covered.

  • If you have received an incorrect product, we can offer a refund or replacement on the return of the product.

  • I'm afraid it didn't last the first child tripping over the edge of it. The tacks on the corner piece ripped out and that pulled apart one corner and cracked the other. The kid is tiny so it wasn't a lot of weight. The wood is very soft, the construction is flimsy and the bolts were too short. If you buy some extra fasteners to reinforce the corners it may survive longer.

  • The perfect sandpit for the little ones in your life, with the convenient cover that turns into seating during play.

  • Unfortunately it was not well made and needed extra support to stay together. I have many doubts of its ability to cope and maintain its structure with the toddlers when they play in it. A disappointing purchase
