Returns/change of Mind

Change of Mind

  • Customers must cover their own return should they simply change their mind about purchased goods or services.

  • To be eligible for a return for full refund, your item must be:

    • unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • in the original packaging.

  • Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Warranty Policy: 12 months

  • Please ensure to take photos of the damaged or incorrect item prior to contacting our service team.

  • If you have received your item damaged or faulty, we can offer a refund or replacement for the number of items that are damaged/faulty.

    • Any products that have become damaged due to misuse by the consumer will not be covered.

  • If you have received an incorrect product, we can offer a refund or replacement on the return of the product.

    • To be eligible for a return for full refund/replacement, your item must be:

      • unused and in the same condition that you received it

      • in the original packaging.
