Customers must cover their own return should they simply change their mind about purchased goods or services.
To be eligible for a return for full refund, your item must be:
unused and in the same condition that you received it
in the original packaging.
Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Warranty Policy: 12 months
Please ensure to take photos of the damaged or incorrect item prior to contacting our service team.
If you have received your item damaged or faulty, we can offer a refund or replacement for the number of items that are damaged/faulty.
Any products that have become damaged due to misuse by the consumer will not be covered.
If you have received an incorrect product, we can offer a refund or replacement on the return of the product.

I couldn't find a dish draining tray, with the size and draining tray in the shops, but My Deal had the perfect one. It is fabulous.

I bought this product to drain dishes and it works. The dishes drain and dry if left long enough. It holds a variety of different dishes and works exactly as a dish drainer should. I haven't taken photos of my dish drainer draining the dishes.

Great rack and very sturdy. I have replaced my previous one which was the same design and which i have had for years, as I really love the white.There was free delivery and it arrived in about a week which was great. Thank you I recommend this item to everyone.
