Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Would I buy it again? Perhaps ... but if you lack hand/thumb muscle strength (eg you are old) then definitely don't buy them. The spring is very strong, making them uncomfortable and slightly difficult to use, hence the 3 stars. Otherwise does what it says on the box.
