To be eligible for a return for full refund, your item must be:
unused and in the same condition that you received it

Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received your item damaged or faulty, we can offer a refund or replacement for the number of items that are damaged/faulty.
Any products that have become damaged due to misuse by the consumer will not be covered.
If you have received an incorrect product, we can offer a refund or replacement on the return of the product.

Lightweight with a great grip handle. Fits perfectly on my golf bag and the choice of colours means you have options to match your equipment. The price is fantastic with the bonus being that it is for two umbrellas. Very prompt delivery as well.
