Cleaver design, in use on a daily basis, and am HAPPY with the product. HOWEVER, the experience being TAINTED by the COURIER COMPANY is another matter. After contacting MyDeal about non delivery, I was directed to the supply companies courier. It too discussion via text explaining numerous times the location of the property, again the address as well as the unit block has a 5 day a week 9-5 reception desk that parcels can be left at. Again was told the item could not be delivered ti a residential unit block in the centre of Melbourne? Again explained the location/address of the 7 story unit block. Finally, the item was left. However it was left at a Newsagent’s in the same suburb, but not the same street, but about 10 blocks from the multi-storey residential unit block. WHO KNOWS WHY. It meant going out of the way to make a seperate physical trip to the helpful newsagents to retrieve the kitchen set. Defeating the process of having something delivered.
