I have ordered from my deal a few times with no problem. Recently I purchased a coverlet and was not satisfied with quality as per photo on website and the size not suitable despite purchasing a king. Tried numerous times to email to get refund but to no avail despite in returns policy stating as long as everything is in intact with packaging. Still have not given notification of a refund this has been ongoing for almost two weeks. Very very disappointed in the runaround I have been given. I want to have my refund as per policy

During these cold winter months I have been using the cover over the top of my donna, I got the king size for my queen size bed so that the bigger size didn't need to be tucked in the weight of the cover (it's heavy) keeps me nice and warm the quality is good for the price too, very happy with my purchase

Bought for the guest bedroom (2 KS beds), lovely light bright setting that gives a nice relaxed feel to the room. Great quality and value for the set.

Loved the comforter pattern and material felt nice. Quality ok. but would have been better if it was a bit thicker. Was a bit flat looking. Good for summer but would need a couple more blankets for winter.
