I love Wiltshire knives and this one meets all my expectations. Weighted nicely in my hands and cuts through meats and even full pumpkin like it was butter.

I use this electric knife for slicing homemade bread and it works a treat, not used it for anything else so cannot comment on what it’s like carving meat.
