Love this, only just got it, bought it to replace my casserole dish that cracked. I easily fit 2 x 3kg Lamb Leg roasts in it, slow cooked to perfectly. So far very happy with it.

This roasting rack fits perfectly into all my roasting pans. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t rust.

This was a replacement for old one that had begun to get pitted & rusty The quality appears to be the same as old one Hopefully it will last a few years
