I received it in good time but I haven’t managed to use it as I cannot put it on my tap no matter what I do. I have followed the instructions but still can’t put it on my tap. I’m sure it would be a great product if I could fit it on my tap. I gave up at the end

What a great product. It is made from solid brass, I was expecting plastic and came with a tool to tighten it and spare washers. Also in the box was discount vouchers for other shops. Awesome product and awesome service.

The screw-on connection to the existing tap was not deep enough to secure the device. It continued to "jump " the thread and would not seal. So I fitted the "head" of the device directly to the outlet. It worked ok. So it's minus the flexible shaft.
