This cutlery range for adults is specially aimed at young people with autism and elderly people with dementia or Alzheimer.

Henro-Grip(R) cutlery is made of soft material and lies comfortable in the hand. The spoon and fork are angled for either the right hand or left hand. Henro-Grip(R) is developed in cooperation with ergonomists and designed to facilitate the eating situation for those who find it difficult to handle ordinary cutlery.

The eating part is made of white polypropylene (PP) and the grip is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Dishwasher safe up to 65oC. The cutlery is FDA approved and CE marked.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
