We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3 business days after the time of dispatch.

Returns

Yes, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply contact us and we can sort everything out. Please note that no credits or refunds can be given without first speaking to our customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used)

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, If 14 days have gone after delivery. 15% of total payment will be deducted from the refund payment as restocking fee, it applies to all returns.
