Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For issues that do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
We also offer a change-of-mind returns policy as a courtesy. Items may be returned within three days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is not a requirement under the ACL and is offered at our discretion.
If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is unfit for its intended purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the ACL. Amazing game, even on the PS4 not a great deal of a downgrade visually from the PS5 version. Definitely a lot of hours of enjoyment to be had working through this one, a really well executed GT release. Big improvements in engine noises, fully-detailed interiors and weather including day/night cycles from previous GT entries. A much better SP game than GT Sport. My Deal had the deal too, thank you!
