









We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.
Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
There are some extra-remote or off-shore areas that will charge extra postage fees and some are unable to deliver. We will first contact you and ask about your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.
You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.
NOTE:
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Inside/Upstairs delivery service is NOT provided.

1. 1-5 clear photos need, if there are any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.
2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.
3. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)

5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.

I was disappointed in the Size of the organizer as i was expecting it to be a bit bigger! But having said that it definitely is useful & keeps the toilet/bathroom nice & tidy!

This product arrived very quickly and in good condition. It was like a Lego build with pictured instructions and very easy to put together. Fitting perfectly in my tiny space in my toilet and removing the need to put all my necessities on display I am very happy with it. The only item I did not put in it was my toilet brush in its container as I did not want to spoil it by water accidentally or continuously affecting it. I would definitely recommend it for small spaces.
