The drawers are ideal size for socks and undergarments and the cabinet with shelf keeps accessories, handbags, etc. neatly out of sight but easy to access. Was easy to assemble (electric screwdriver highly recommended) and quite sturdy once finished. Turned out so well as a bedside cabinet that I ordered another for the other side.
