Returns Policy

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

  • Be devoid of any damage.

  • Include all original packaging.

  • Have undamaged packaging.

  • Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

  • Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

  2. Organize the return shipment to the sender.

  3. Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

  4. If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

  5. If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

  • When this item arrived we were sure there must have been a box missing alas no it came in an array is small parts in one box (see photo) do not buy unless you are very good at building mecano! Nor did it help that some of the numbers on the sheet metal were wrong very sharp to build hence why there is a warning to wear gloves all over the outside of the box. Sheet metal is flimsy and easily bent when putting together (see top of second photo) Bought this to store garage clutter and once built it does serve it’s purpose but I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend due to the complexity of putting it together even taking care and wearing gloves you will still get cuts trying to hold the small screws in place with gloves on is impossible.

  • This product was extremely terribly designed, not like the photos. There are extra panels unlike photos, and too many unnecessary pieces that could have been made easier to make. Missing numbers on pieces. The panels warped just from making it. Missing pieces, and worst of all 2 of the same peice instead of a pair which left one half of the door unusable. Not worth the money.

  • Good little shed not much but tools fit in it ,its a real jigsaw to put together wasnt expecting so many small panels to have to build into it

  • Quality is consistent with price paid.
