  • Customers must cover their own return should they simply change their mind about purchased goods or services.

  • To be eligible for a return for full refund, your item must be:

    • unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • in the original packaging.

  • Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Perfect protection from the elements for my 3 metal chairs on balcony

  • Ordering, pricing and delivery process was good, but the plastic is fairly flimsy and does tear easily. Also gets blown around by the wind quite a bit - I have to weigh it down with something or they would likely blow right off the chairs unless maybe they are a tight fit (which mine aren't). But for the price they are pretty good.

  • Very cheap material, it tears too easy if not careful, but thats why the price is so low. A large bin liner is unfortunately stronger and does a better job. We now use the remaining bags for garden waste collection.

  • The outdoors stack chairs cover is just perfect. They look nice and neatly covered. I have been looking for these covers for a while now and I’m glad that I found them on MyDeal.

  • Just what I needed. I have 4 outdoor chairs that needed protection from the elements. I stacked them 4 chairs high, but had trouble covering them with one cover by myself … it looked like the cover would fit with help from another set of hands. So I successfully covered 2 chairs with one cover, twice. The 2 sets of 2 stacked chairs with white covers looked good on my deck. It was only about 3 days later that there was a very windy night with heavy rain, there had been a local gale warning. The stacked chairs and their covers survived intact … what a relief! When I to check if there was any debris on the top covered chairs, I was relieved to find a huge puddle of water on top of each … waterproofing worked! Happy with my purchase.
