Return Policy

We promise to replace any faulty or damaged product that we deliver to you. If you want to return a faulty or damaged product, you need to inform us within 7 days, where we explain our requirements for returning such goods.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of ordering it, provided it is new, unused, and unopened. You will have to pay for the shipping, and we will deduct a restocking fee of 25% for bulky items like toilets, baths, vanities, and basins, and 20% for tapware and accessories.

We do not accept returns for glass products under any circumstances. Please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Refunds may take up to 30 working days to process. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, and we will not refund any damaged items.
