Ardito products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised changes, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ardito purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase.

Return Process

2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

3. Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
