Shipping Details

Dispatch: All orders are shipped from one of our warehouses within 2 to 5 days.

Tracking: Tracking details will be uploaded once the goods have left our warehouse. We ask to allow up to 24 hours for live tracking to be activated. Please note each courier company has a different setting and style of tracking a parcel.

Delivery Times: We use a number of different carriers for shipping our products. So we do ask to allow between 5 to 14 days for your order to get to you.

In Stock: If we are showing an item to be in stock, this means it is in stock in either our warehouses here in Australia or in the UK. Please note the delivery times and tracking details don't change if we do ship your item from our UK warehouse. Our system updates our stock levels 3 times in a single day, but from time to time, purchases may be made before the update, which could cause your item to be out of stock. WHAT can be returned?
Yes, if your unhappy with your item, Play n Sports will allow you to return the product within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. This is only for products that are a standard off the shelf item. Made to order products can not be returned.
