Made-to-order or custom products, shipping times will be provided at the time of quotation and when a purchase order has been received.
During busy periods such as Christmas, shipping times may be extended due to an increase in orders. We will process orders in the order in which they are received. If you are concerned about shipping time, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
Cut of dates may also apply during these busy periods. These dates will be shown on the main home page.
Tracking Numbers
In some cases, a tracking number may be assigned to your order, but this doesn't always indicate that the order has been shipped or is with a courier. It may simply mean that the consignment note or shipping label has been printed to expedite the picking and packing process. If you have any concerns about your tracking number, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for clarification.
If the tracking number shows a "Courier unable to pick up" status, please note that this does not mean the order has been cancelled or will not be shipped.
We kindly ask that you allow 7 to 14 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery time could be affected by the location of the delivery address, weather events, or any other events out of our control.

Olimpico Sports Group will not be held responsible for orders delayed due to courier or transport company issues, weather events, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to return a product(s) you must notify Olimpico Sports Group customer service within 7 days from the date the goods were received.
Made-to-order products can not be returned.
For faulty or Damaged stock, no fees will apply. A full refund less the shipping amount will be refunded.
Purchasing incorrectly, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Change of Mind: a 30% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customers will have to pay for a returning item unless permission is given by our customer service team. The return number must be provided with your return.
Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped and must not have been used. If goods are found to be not as shipped or found to be used, a 30% fee may apply. If goods are not shipped back in their original packing or box, a 30% fee may apply.
Once received by our warehouse, we will notify you regarding your refund, credit or the replacement of goods. If you have made an order by any of our sales channels, then the refund is processed by the sales channel and not Olimpico Sports Group. The timeline in which the refund will show back into your bank account will be determined by the sales channel and the bank to which the refund is being returned.
