Fortress Hand Held Soft Weighted Ball

Fortress Soft Weight Balls are a great alternative to traditional dumbbells or other weighted workout balls. These balls vary in weight while maintaining the same 11.5cm diameter to ensure grip is not inhibited during progression. The soft, easy to grip shell makes isometric workouts and other physical therapy exercise simple and fun.

Soft Weights are also great for overhead exercise, as they are less likely to cause injury when dropped, the balls do not bounce or roll away when dropped.

The Soft Weight Balls follows the Fortress brand rainbow colour coded system of progressive exercise and weight. The best part is, the size of the ball does not increase as the weight size increases.

This system of weights, ranging from 0.5Kg to 3.0Kg can be used to improve joint dexterity, range of motion, flexibility, and core strength.
