Flexibore 400 is a high-quality layflat hose manufactured for use with submersible pumps. Its revolutionary flexible design simplifies bore water pumping replacing cumbersome rigid pipe. Flexibore 400 is manufactured by weaving a textile reinforcement of high-tensile polyester and extruded with hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane. The woven polyester fabric gives the hose a high burst pressure for ultra-deep well pumping. It is designed to handle the weight of the pump and water up to 400 m deep. Secure couplings are easily attached on-site. A coloured strip with intermittent loops runs along the hose length every half meter. This allows for the secure attachment of the power cable and prevents its possible rubbing against the bore casing. Flexibore 400 can swell up to 10%, making it extremely efficient in reducing pumping costs and friction loss. By dilating under pressure, no internal build-up of iron bacteria occurs, as seen with rigid pipe use such as steel or fibreglass. Proudly manufactured in Australia by Crusader Hose, Flexibore 400 is made to suit deep bore water pumping applications. It is manufactured in a large range of diameters from 76 mm to 152 mm and is available in continuous lengths of up to 400 m. Each roll is fully tested at our factory prior to despatch.

FLEXIBORE 400 Compatibility FLEXIBORE 400 will suit many borehole applications and is compatible with most submersible pumps. The sizes range from 76mm to 152mm internal diameter and depths up to 400 metres.

Easy Installation Once in the field, Flexibore is attached to the pump with the patented couplings. The pump, with hose and cables attached, is lowered into the bore using either a simple rolling wheel or a crane. Flexibore is manufactured in continuous lengths and can be installed with less time and labour than rigid systems including poly pipe.

Potable Water Approved Another major benefit of using Flexibore bore hose is that the hose is potable water approved. Extensive tests have been carried out by the Australian Water Quality Centre and have certified AS4020 approval.

1.2 Subject to the terms of this Warranty, if during the first 12 months or first 500 hours of use from the date of purchase of the Products from the Supplier (Warranty Period) the Products prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials, we will repair the Products or resupply the Products or issue a full or partial refund to you with respect to any amount paid for the defective part (or all) of your Products at our reasonable discretion. Your Consumer Law Rights may extend beyond the Warranty Period.

1.3 If any materials, parts or features required to facilitate any repair or replacement pursuant to clause 1.2 are unavailable or no longer in production, or your model of the Product is no longer available or in production, we will use our best endeavours to use appropriate equivalent materials, parts, features or model.

Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
