Fitting Notes

iQushion Ergonomic Thong fits true to size, however, if you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing a half size, or going up to your larger size. However, expect to have room at the front of the shoe. Make sure you are sitting within the groove of the shoe, not on top of it.

iQushion Thong will suit most foot widths and has a medium fit. If you have an above-average broad foot we recommend sizing up.

Shipping Details

We know you’re eager to get your new shoes as soon as possible so we hustle to get your order out fast! All our orders are sent with super speedy Australia Post Express.

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched on the day you order them (orders placed before 4pm AEST).

If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day. If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, we have to transfer them from one of our five stores which can add a maximum of 2 days to this process. 

We currently only offer refunds for returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

  1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase 

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

  3. Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  4. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt 

  5. Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in a parcel bag to protect the shoes and their box. Please do not attach anything directly to the box.

If the above conditions are not met, we may be unable to accept your return.
