We provide free delivery for sales over $99.99 to 98% of Australia's population. Outside of these areas we provide subsidized shipping based upon item weight. Please note we only ship to Australia. You will need to cover return shipping. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pet Parlour in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
