Using 23% efficient G12 monocrystalline passivated emitter rear contact (mono-PERC) square cut cells and 10-wire bus-bar low-loss design, these panels achieve a high efficiency with a positive power tolerance.

PERC cells provide better performance in low light applications compared to traditional monocrystalline silicone designs as some of the light that passes through the cell is bounced back and converted into electricity.

The 9-wire busbar decreases the resistance of the module and carries current evenly over the whole surface of the cells to ensure that all there are minimal power losses within the module and significantly reduces uneven cell heating and hot spots.

The Exotronic range of panels has been designed so that all panels have closely matching votlages, therefore all sizes can be wired in parallel.

The anodised aluminium frame is further protected by a black protective coating and is only 25mm thick to assist a low-profile design and reduce the weight of the module while still giving good rigidity to protect the module from vibrational and torsional stresses. The tempered glass provides high resistance to impact damage. Low-iron high transmissivity glass is used to provide excellent low light performance.

Exotronic fixed solar modules are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of fault in both workmanship and materials for a period of 60 months when used in mobile and marine applications from the date of the authorised dealers invoice. The 60 months is extended to 120 months when used on a fixed installation. Provided that;

The product is correctly installed and used under normal operating conditions for which the product was intended;
All warranty claims must be received by an authorised Exotronic Dealer and then approved by Exotronic;

Exotronic reserves the right to repair, replace or refund or provide compensation due to a drop in value caused by a defect.

Shipping Details

Orders will be sent via Australia Post in most instances. If the order cannot be sent via Australia Post (due to size, weight, etc) then a courier service will used. Delivery times vary by location. Orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse within 1 business day.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on all products for 30 days after purchase. Warranty time frames vary from product to product and will be honoured in line with the manufacturers warranty statements.

If an item arrives and is not as described or not in working order, please contact us through the messaging system and will arrange a refund or re-delivery (customer chooses). Incorrect/Faulty item must be returned to Solar 4 RVs. Postage costs will be covered by Solar 4 RVs.

Change of Mind returns will be accepted if the item is returned to Solar 4 RVs in ‘as new’ (including un-opened packaging) condition. Customer to cover postage costs to return the item. Customer can choose from refund (100% less postage) or exchange.

Warranty claims must come through Solar 4 RVs, not the manufacturer. If we require the item to be returned to us, postage will be at the buyers expense. If the warranty claim is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched free of charge.
