Silver plated, larger gauge solid conductors

The solid wire conductors of EVS-R are 2.5x larger than those in EVO-R, resulting in 60% more surface area.

This means faster digital bit 'rise times', drastically increasing the bandwidth headroom.

Further to this the main conductors of EVS-R are coated in a surface of pure silver (2% of conductor volume) to harness the natural phenomenon of skin effect, meaning the signal travels predominantly through silver.

Good video relies on accurate pixel color definitions, being right or wrong, whereas audio can be impacted by all sorts of subtleties in the waveform.

The larger surface and silver coating maintains superior timing accuracy, resulting in superior PCM and HD audio performance.

Die cast connector

The die cast connector fits into an HDMI receptacle like no other.

It offers a firm, secure fit with no sloppiness and no need for locking.

The 24K gold-plated zinc-alloy monocoque design is seam-free and tested to more than 1,000 plug/unplugevents without crushing or fatiguing.

It provides a significant 20 Newtons (approx2kg / 4.4lbs) of retention force to ensure a firm, secure long term fit.

Lightweight construction

EVS-R is a thicker cable than its EVO-R sibling, but one of the first things you'll notice is its remarkably light weight.

In fact it's startlingly light, comprising the best hi-tech materials such as extruded aluminium shell and halogen-free strain relief and cable jacket, with no use of heavy metals anywhere throughout.

Minimal weight means minimal strain on the HDMI receptacle, and when combined with the die cast connector provides one of the most reliable connections available.

Green credential

EVS-R is built with environmental sensitivity in mind. Low toxicity zero-halogen cable jacket means it's safe to use in any environment from home to office to luxuryyachts (where halogens turn into hydrochloric acid on contact with water!).

Furthermore we don't use cable twist ties either, rather reusable hook and loop cable management straps, all in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging.

EVS-R is proven to speed up average install times and alleviate dreaded call-backs by reducing HDMI troubleshooting demands.

Every individual cable is Bit Error Rate (BER) tested on the production line to ensure it not onlyworks, but does so at the intended bandwidth.

All our stock is kept in our Melbourne based warehouse. Our stock levels are also updated every 10 minutes! So if it says 10 units in stock, you can trust that it is accurate.

No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
At this stage we only use couriers and can only deliver to a road-side address. This means PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers cannot be accepted as StarTrack do not deliver to these addresses.
In instances where a PO Box or Parcel Locker address in entered, we may ask for an alternative road-side address, or cancel and refund your order immediately and urge you to replace your order with an alternative delivery address.

Delivery times
We typically dispatch our goods same day or next day. From there, you can expect 2 - 8 business days Australia wide. Most capital cities can expect 1-2 day delivery times.
Any RTS (Return to Sender) orders due to missing or incorrect address information entered by the buyer may incur an additional charge for redelivery.

RETURNS POLICY

To return goods we have delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days from the date you have received the item. A staff member will then assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Incorrectly Ordered/Change Of Mind:

Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. However, if goods have been incorrectly ordered, at our discretion, customers may be credited less a restocking fee.

A change of mind return will only be accepted if:

The item is in a brand new, sealed and resaleable condition
We are contacted within 30 days of the item being received
The item is returned to us in a timely manner

Please note: For change of mind returns, the shipping cost and method is the customer's responsibility. We will not compensate any returns that are lost or damaged in transit to us. For some change of mind returns, a restocking fee may apply.

Faulty Items

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our store to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund. Replacements and refunds of new products that are damaged on delivery or faulty from new requires a proof of purchase of the product and be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals included. Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. If we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost and compensated.

Repairs

The product must be returned with proof of purchase, it must not be modified or mistreated in any way and it must not have been serviced elsewhere. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. We may provide you with an approximate fee; this may vary due to reasons beyond our control. In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
