Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

A great chair. Helps with good posture in sitting. The controls are pretty good. Especially the back angle. The lunar support is pretty good, however it would have been even better if I could move it. The seat moving and height adjustment knobs are pretty great. My only complaint would be against the arm rests - they don’t have a locking mechanism. So if I move the chair close to the table, and push against the table edge, the arm rests change position. If there was a locking mechanism, i wouldn’t have to adjust it every now and then.
