Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

  • heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
  • consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
  • health products;
  • jewellery;
  • toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
  • intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

  • we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Chair is great, like sitting on a cloud however it takes around 1 hour to build which was tedious. Overall experience from MyDeal was pretty average. For a start we ordered 10 chairs and only 9 turned up. The boxes were damaged and marked. They looked like they had fallen off the back of a truck. To build 9 chairs took about 8-9 hours, very time consuming. Of the 9 chairs we built, one is faulty and the lumbar support doesn't move up and down. Still waiting to resolve this issue. It's an expensive chair, my expectations haven't been met.

  • Very good quality product . Assembling took 15 /20 minutes simple to follow instruction.

  • I am 184cm and 78kg for reference. The mesh seat is unfortunately incredibly uncomfortable. I'm hoping it will improve after being worn in over time. Due to the shape and stiffness of the seat you tend to sit 'on' it as opposed to 'in' it. Most of my weight is on only the back portion of my thighs as opposed to the butt and rest of my thigh area. The headrest is also very flimsy and fussy to install, not a deal breaker. For the price paid it's pretty disappointing.

  • A great chair. Helps with good posture in sitting. The controls are pretty good. Especially the back angle. The lunar support is pretty good, however it would have been even better if I could move it. The seat moving and height adjustment knobs are pretty great. My only complaint would be against the arm rests - they don’t have a locking mechanism. So if I move the chair close to the table, and push against the table edge, the arm rests change position. If there was a locking mechanism, i wouldn’t have to adjust it every now and then.
