Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

I bought this on Dec 23rd 2021 and received the item on 30th. The item was delivered quite quickly because I ordered in between Christmas time. The item is bit heavy but quite solid and comfortable. Once you receive the item and assemble, you will admit the price is quite reasonable. All parts are quite well built and fully configurable. Love it.

I bought this as gift for my son.and he tell this chair really good,it only take me 10 min to setup up.so easy to setup it up,and it’s really good quality,and he love the design,so fashion,this chair is a reasonable value.it’s comfortable.and moves about my tile floor easily .and the noise of movement is reasonable.i love how it adjust and if fits my perfect with his desk.honestly I can’t find anything wrong with it.in fact I think about order another one for myself.if anyone looking for the chair for yourself or gift for you family.i will recommend this chair.when you receive the chair.you will never disappoint.this is a great value and top quality ,and fast with the order and shipping.really glad to make good choices to buy this chair.just perfect with me.
