Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The chair arrived promptly. I was able to put it together easily except for the wheels. It is an extremely comfortable chair, which surprised me. Unfortunately, it arrived with a little bit of damage. It wasn't enough damage for me to bother raising it the seller.

Very fast delivery ordered Saturday, delivered Wed morning. Chair looks great & is comfortable. I'm 84kg & suits well however if you were much larger, it may not suit. Good back support.

Very good price for a sturdy chair, I prefer the solid fixed back support rather than the flexible one, as I am of smaller stature 1.7 metre height, I put a small cushion to support the arch of my back, and the chair works great for me.

this chair is really good and a good price it suits my study very happy with this it did take a while to put together thats the only negative thing
