Based on the classic chair originally designed by Charles & Ray Eames, this ErgoDuke Eames Premium Replica Low Back Leather Soft Pad Management Office Chair Black features genuine Italian leather, and will ensure you stay comfortable and stylish in the office. The main part of the seat is upholstered using premium black top-grain Italian Leather, with a high quality leather match used on the reverse side. Featuring aluminium alloy armrests and thick, high-density, foam seat padding, you'll feel comfy and supported all day long. It also includes a 5-star swivel base, castor wheels and an adjustable height with tilt control, making this seat suitable for the office, boardroom or home. Also available in a high-back design, and in tan or white.

Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
