Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Great and comfortable chair. Two negative points I have noticed are the max possible height of the chair is in comparison still fairly low and there is no adjustment on the armrest apart from up and down. But overall very happy with this choice as it is comfortable to sit on for longer period of time

Very comfortable, I have back pain issue and this chair has helped me to ease my back pain as it's design holds my back with a proper posture also the seat is wider too so you can sit bit relaxed but still maintain proper posture

Chair is very comfortable to sit , I had back pain from my previous chair which was not supporting my back and so had to lean backwards and was not comfortable but this chair back support is much better and I now have less back pain , tip for those who has lower back pain, also Google and buy donut shaped memory foam pillow with this chair , it compliments your comfort further !
