Due to the nature of this product, it is excluded from our change of mind policy.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I set this up as a long Lego table for the kids. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble Delivery always a mystery with MyDeal but I’ve learned to cope. Very happy.

Great desk, this is the second one that I’ve bought. Nice clean lines and the ratcheting screwdriver that comes with it, is definitely a step above every other flat packed furniture item that I’ve ever bought!

Was way better then I was expecting. The desk is solid, easy to put together and a great addition to my study. I didn't want to spend a lot of money putting together a study room and this desk is amazing quality. Great purchase.
