These new advanced temperature controllers look very similar to our old model temperature controllers but these now include even more features.
The temp controller now includes settings so you can: 1. Setup a temperature profile so you can program the temp controller to step up and down the temperature over time. For optimum fermentation conditions you can program this smart temperature controller to start fermenting at one temperature increase the temperature after a number of days then crash chill. This is done without any intervention at all. Just set and forget. You can also use this to step up the temperature of your mash tun so it will automatically step the temperature up and down as you please. The options are endless. 2. Use this to automate you distillation column. If you have ever used a reflux still you will know how painful it is to sit there waiting and watching the still drip drip drip. Now this controller will look after the process for you. The controller can be used to control your reflux column so you can go and relax.

Reshipping an item / Item not picked up
If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up or not being at your residence the reshipping fee will be charged. If not paid the items are destroyed and no refund is given.
Change of Mind Returns
An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale. 2. You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product. 3. The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item. 4. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund. 5. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. 6. Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address. 7. The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.
Refunds are not given until the product is returned and inspected. The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
