IP69K is the highest water resistance anything can be awarded, meaning the DVR-7C2 is completely protected against dust & dirt ingress, and can also stand high-pressure blasts of water (pressure washers) without issue.

Short for Analogue High Definition signal, AHD ensures that an HD video signal is sent over the coaxial cable that links the camera to the monitor without any loss of quality. This gives you a clean & clear picture regardless of how far away the camera is from the monitor. The DVR-7C2 can also support up to three separate video inputs.
With 12 infrared LEDs built around each camera, you can easily see for reversing in the dark, or keeping an eye out for your surroundings when in unfamiliar territory at night. Night vision turns on automatically, and produces a visual range of between 10 & 15 metres.
The DVR-7C2 features two cameras side-by-side in the one installation. The first has a wide 100° viewing angle for a widescreen view of what’s behind you while the second has a more focused 70° viewing angle for more precise movements.

All our products are carefully packaged in our warehouse to ensure that they’re protected on their journey to you. You can use your tracking number to find more accurate shipping information but this is a guideline:
VIC: 2-4 business days
NSW, SA & TAS: 3-5 business days
QLD & WA: 4-7 business days
NT and remote areas: more than 5 business days
Returning is simple. If you’ve received the incorrect item, if the item is Dead On Arrival or if the item is faulty (subject to our warranty agreement ), then simply contact our Customer Service team via your MyDeal account and let us know what the product is and your reasons for returning. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.
We’ll issue you with a prepaid Australia Post label to make your life easier.

Please note that we don’t issue refunds on sale items, so please choose carefully. You’ll be eligible for an exchange if the item you’d like it not available.
Please keep in mind that under no circumstances are we able to ship a new item or issue a refund without receiving the item you’re returning in our warehouse first.
ENGLAON is also unable to provide any loan equipment while TVs are being repaired.
All TVs will need to be suitably packaged for transit prior to return to prevent any damage, especially to the screen. We hope you understand that we can’t cover the cost of the packaging you’ll need, nor will we be able to send packaging to you. We strongly recommend that you keep your original packaging to assist in this returns process.
