The iPad was in top condition, for a refurbished item. No scratches, or marks what so ever! The only issue we had was the slow delivery. 3 to 5 days turned into over a week, due to poor handling by Australia Post!

I’m enjoying for my purposes of watching online movies. The dispatch time was concerning though with about a week lead time.
