I'm very happy with the phone as it appears to be in new condition. I was very disappointed with the packaging as the phone had a single layer of bubble wrap in a box that wasn't secure and the phone could have easily been damaged due to sliding around in the box.

Phones great but had an issue with it at start upwas unable to activate it due to an issue with the phone not quite cleared of all previous apps or provider . Was unable to delete but managed to disable apps and got phone working on my simm had trouble bringing my info across but managed get it sorted don't know if any more issues will come about yet
