For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your order confirmation email. If items show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. “DOA” or Dead on Arrival), buyers must contact us within 10 days with a full and detailed description of the issue. If buyers are requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges. Such returned products will become our property and the replacement will be the buyer’s property.
