The wireless fencing system is among the most reliable & cost effective pet containment systems available in the market.
By creating any desired shape of boundary with buried wires, it forms a harmless radio signal all around. When approached,

the collar will detect the signal and make warning beep. If the dog continues further, the system will issue stronger beeps until your dog returns.

Pulsed Proportional Stimulus - The closer your dog gets to the boundary, the more intense the correction will be.
Progressive Tone Stimulus - A warning tone will be issued first, if ignored it will be followed by static correction which increases in intesity and duration if your dog continues to move closer to the boundary.
Variable field width control which precisely controls width of the signal field.
Transmitter status light and alarm indicate a broken or disconnected boundary wire.
Add as many collars as you like to contain as many animals you have. There is no limit to the number of collars it can control.

1. All products will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Items will be shipped within one business day after your payment has been cleared.

RETURN POLICY

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 7 business days of receipt by us of the original product.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. In the event of article returned due to nobody available to receive, non collection or invalid address, $12 article return fee applies. Additional shipping cost applies if redelivery is preferred or 20% inspection & handling fee applies if the customer elects to cancel the order.

Faulty/Damaged Products

Please ensure that you read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully before using a product as improper use can sometimes result in the product becoming unfit for purpose and may result in a return not being accepted by us.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures. If a failure of an item does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to give you a free repair or replacement instead of a refund if this is possible. Subject to the rest of the policy and Australian Consumer Law, we accept the returns for faulty/damaged items provided that:

You notify us in writing within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase; the item is returned to us with accompanying proof of purchase and at your cost within reasonable time of us providing you return instruction.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, return request must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of goods. As long as the product is in the same brand new condition with original packaging and accessories, we can help with full refund after inspection.

Return postage is covered by buyer, and 20% inspection & handling fee applies.

Please note we are unable to accept change of mind returns for any products that have been used, damaged or not in resalable condition.
