1. All products will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Items will be shipped within one business day after your payment has been cleared.

2. We ship Australia nation-wide, all types of addresses are accepted. 

3. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

4. The Estimated Delivery Date provided could be different in actual situation. Please carefully estimate the shipping time before you purchase.

RETURN POLICY

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 7 business days of receipt by us of the original product.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. In the event of article returned due to nobody available to receive, non collection or invalid address, $12 article return fee applies. Additional shipping cost applies if redelivery is preferred or 20% inspection & handling fee applies if the customer elects to cancel the order.

Faulty/Damaged Products

Please ensure that you read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully before using a product as improper use can sometimes result in the product becoming unfit for purpose and may result in a return not being accepted by us.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures. If a failure of an item does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to give you a free repair or replacement instead of a refund if this is possible. Further information is available on the ACCC website.

Subject to the rest of the policy and Australian Consumer Law, we accept the returns for faulty/damaged items provided that:

You notify us in writing within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase; the item is returned to us with accompanying proof of purchase and at your cost within reasonable time of us providing you return instruction.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, return request must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of goods. As long as the product is in the same brand new condition with original packaging and accessories, we can help with full refund after inspection.

Return postage is covered by buyer, and 20% inspection & handling fee applies.

Please note we are unable to accept change of mind returns for any products that have been used, damaged or not in resalable condition.
