All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

Returns
Change of mind requests must be accompanied with proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from receiving the item;
The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, a deduction of up to 50% from the refund may occur to recover the lost value of the item.

  • Arrives quickly. Food for cutting branches but the string or blade is too short to cut grasses at the edge of the house

  • Not overly impressed. It kicks up a lot of dirt and stones when trimming the edges and the plastic blades don't last long. It's lite weight and not very noisy, that's about the only good things about it. I haven't tried the other blades so can't comment on them.
